Acre is one of Los Cabos’ most recognized hospitality destinations, known for its farm-to-table culinary program, luxury accommodations, weddings, events, and immersive guest experiences. In 2020, Cooking Ideas® engaged with the business to evaluate, strengthen, and optimize several operational areas of the business.
The project focused on establishing foundational operational systems designed to improve efficiency, accountability, consistency, and long-term scalability. Cooking Ideas® developed operational guidelines, implemented inventory management procedures, identified critical control points within the POS ecosystem, and helped establish reporting structures to support informed decision-making. The engagement also included budgeting support, cost-control strategies, quality assurance initiatives, and sales optimization.
Beyond systems and processes, Cooking Ideas® assisted with hiring protocols, human resources procedures, recruitment standards, and staff development programs. Multi-stage training sessions were conducted to strengthen service standards, operational execution, and team alignment across departments.
The result was a more structured operational framework, improved internal controls, greater organizational clarity, and a stronger foundation to support Acre’s continued growth as one of the region’s leading hospitality destinations.
