Marísimo Cervichería is a contemporary seafood concept developed by Cooking Ideas®, centered around modern Mexican coastal cuisine with a strong focus on freshness, design, sustainability, and cultural identity. The concept blends ceviches, sashimis, poke bowls, craft beverages, and curated regional flavors into a casual-yet-elevated experience.

 

Cooking Ideas® led the project through a full-scope development approach, including concept creation, business strategy, full branding, operational planning, interior conceptualization, positioning, and long-term growth development.

 

The culinary direction emphasizes locally sourced ingredients, contemporary presentation, and alternative interpretations of traditional seafood cuisine, including vegetarian ceviche variations and sustainability-conscious menu development.
