El Beer Shop was developed as a specialty craft beer retail and distribution concept focused on promoting independent Mexican breweries and creating a community-driven destination for beer enthusiasts. The concept combined on-site retail sales, draft beer service, event activations, and wholesale distribution under a single operating model.

Cooking Ideas® led the project from concept development through implementation, including business planning, brand creation, operational design, product strategy, supplier relationships, and market positioning. The concept was intentionally designed around an casual and approachable atmosphere inspired by the social environments where people gather to share experiences, discover products, and build community.

A significant component of the project involved developing partnerships with emerging craft breweries from regions such as Baja California, Nuevo León, and other growing beer-producing markets throughout México. In addition to retail operations, the business model included keg sales, draft beer programs, event service, and distribution channels serving hotels, restaurants, and hospitality operators throughout Los Cabos.

The result was a multi-channel beverage concept that combined retail, hospitality, and distribution operations while supporting the growth and visibility of independent Mexican craft beer producers.
